Our company has also pioneered many innovations in its sector; Has first brought semi-synthetic and high-refined cooling lubricants to our country, while only paraffinic and naphthenic based oils have been sold in refrigeration compressor oils. The introduction of semi-synthetic oils to the country, which allows cooling compressors to operate at low temperatures for long periods of time and maintenance-free operation, has made significant contributions to reducing our customers' operating expenses.

Our company has pioneered the importation of certified food machine oils and greases, which are especially needed by large producers who are food exporters, in this country, the production and exports of quality food products in accordance with food norms have increased rapidly and the inspection requirements of foreign buyers have been minimized.

In addition, we sell US branded water-treatment apparatuses such as AUTOTROL, NEW AGE, PURE and EUROPA-FILTER for about ten years . Our devices ensure physical and microbiological purification of all kinds of organic and inorganic particles up to 1 micron level in order to soften the water to the desired size. Our water treatment systems are safer and healthier in every respect than the previous methods of chlorination and ozonation applied in our country and they are much more advantageous in terms of initial investment costs and operation and maintenance costs. Moreover due to the technological superiority of our above devices, the efficiency achieved is very high. For large industrial establishments and food industries that use well water, we also sell highly advanced, automatic discharge separator filters that filter all the sediment and particles in the well water at high volumes.

Kudret Tan - Company Owner

Kudret Tan, studied Robert College M.B.A. Program in 1971. Later, he graduated from Industrial Engineering at Boğaziçi University with M. Sc.degree. While continuing to master program at university, he worked as manager in Rabak A.Ş. And Cukurova - Caterpillar. He established EN-SER in 1994, and became dealer of Mobil, Shell and Castrol industrial lubricants. Later he has undertaken Turkey sales of CPI Inc.'s CPI cooling lubricants group in Midland, Michigan, USA, since 2000. The EN-SER company, which makes the first studies on food certified industrial oils in our country and presents various products to the food sector in this regard, appeals to an important customer group. Especially by offering certified synthetic, semi-synthetic and mineral oils to a wide range of exporting customers, it has contributed to increasing the export potential of these companies and has focused on environmentally sensitive new technology products. He served as Vice Chairman of Istanbul Environment Federation between 2006-2014. Since 2015 he is also a member of the supervisory board of the Bioenergy Institute.

Yönetici Asistanı- Melisa Mıhçılar

2017 tarihinde Beşiktaş’ta Özel Kültür Lisesinin bitirdikten sonra, İstanbul Medipol Üniversitesi İnsan Kaynakları Yönetimini kazandı. İnsan Kaynakları Yönetimi bölümünü bitirdikten sonra Anadolu Üniversitesi Açık Öğretim Fakültesi Pazarlama ve Reklamcılık Bölümünü kazandı aynı zamanda İstanbul Kültür Üniversitesi İşitsel Teknikler ve Medya Yapımcılığı Fakültesi Medya ve Pazarlama bölümünü kazanarak halen öğretim hayatına devam etmektedir. Okul hayatının dışında çeşitli kafelerin işletmeciliğini yaptı. Stratejik Pazarlama ve Ürün Yönetimi, Psikoloji ve Alt Alanları, Sağlıklı İletişimin Püf Noktaları ve birçok alanda sertifikalar aldı. 2022 Ağustos ayından itibaren En-Ser Taahhüt ve Şirketinde yönetici asistanı olarak görev yapmaktadır.

İnş Müh.Mehmet Sönmez-İş Geliştirme Danışmanı

Boğaziçi Ün. İnşaat Müh. Bölümünden 1999 da mezun olan Mehmet Sönmez, aynı üniversiteden Pazarlama ve Finansman dalında da sertifika almıştır.

2005-2018 yılları arasında, Eczacıbaşı Seramik Grubunda muhtelif yöneticilik görevlerinde bulunmuş olup, bu şirkette Batı Avrupa ve Rusya Bölgesi İhracat Müdürü olarak çalışmıştır. Daha sonra Anatolia A.Ş. Seramik grubunda, 2019 yılından itibaren Avrupa Dış Satımlar yöneticisi olarak görev yapmıştır. Halen Yedi Enerji Makine ve Yenilenebilir Enerji Ltd. isimli dış ticaret ve danışmanlık şirketinin sahibi olan Mehmet Sönmez, şirketimize 2022 yılından itibaren iş geliştirme ve ihracat danışmanı olarak hizmet sunmaktadır. Kendisi Almanca ve Rusça bilmektedir.
