Regulation on Production of Food Products with Certified Facilities and Equipment

Food, Agriculture and Livestock Ministry stipulates that food equipment and equipments to be used in food production and food transportation vehicles are required to be suitable for food within the scope of the Food Products Regulation dated 17.11.2011. According to the article, it is obligatory that the auxiliaries and equipment to be used in the food production facilities should be certificates of food compatibility. It is also necessary to have such certificates in the audits carried out.
