Food Machinery Oils and Greases
We have miscellenous food grade oils and greases which can be used in food, pharmacy and bewerage and health care sectors. All of these products have NSF H1 Food Grade Sertificates. In line with their special characteristics, these products are also resistant to oxidation, high temperatures, coorosion and moisture with their non- harmfull compositions to human health and environment.In the following tables, you can find their operational temperature ranges and viscosities at 40 C.
MOLY GROUP FOOD GRADE OILS AND GREASES
The Following FG301 and FG801 food grade greases are produced for roller bearings, slide bearings of bewerage, pharmacy and food processing machines operating at high temperatures.

GENERAL USAGE FOOD MACHINERY OILS AND GREASES
In the followings you can scan the operational temperature ranges and viscosities at 40 C of our general usage food grade greases and oils. FM Synth Greases are white coloured greases used in bearings, roller bearings and hinges of food and pharmaceutical processing machines. They are resistant to oxidation, high temperatures and corrosion. Also are used for multi purpose needs and can be pessed with pres-guns.
Cygnus CSC EP2 food greases are produced for use in higher temperature ranges and are resistant to oxidation and moisture, generally preferred in pump or shaft bearings,electrical motor bearings.
Oyster series are pharmaceutical oils, genarally used in press operations or general oiling.

FM SYNTH GREASE 2/3 FOR FOOD MACHINERY
This is a multi - usage grease primarily usable for gear and hinge systems and can operate between -20 C- +125 C degrees, can be used with a press-gun.
CYGNUS CSC EP2 FOOD MACHINERY GREASE
Usable for food processing machineries, bearings and hinges between operational temperatures of -40C- +204 C, includes high pressure additives, oxidation and moisture resisting additives.
